Tree of Sciences /other name: Memorial tree of the Szeged Szent-Györgyi Conference/ (installed 2012, by Mihály Fritz local sculptor) is an oak tree and memorial stone, in the middle of the latter there is a circular bronze relief showing portraits of Albert Szent-Györgyi and nine Nobel Prize winners who visited Szeged during the Szent-Györgyi Conference: Andrew W. Schally, Robert Huber, Bert Sakmann, Eric F. Wieschaus, Peter C. Doherty, John E. Walker, Tim Hunt, Aaron Ciechanover, Ada E. Yonath.
