Description
English: "Fine structure tree" based on autosomal SNPs, with the used sample size of the dataset [in brackets] of each European population by A Genetic atlas of human admixture history. It computed three European macro-clusters. Based on 474,491 autosomal SNPs in each of 1530 individuals sampled across 95 different labeled populations. An individual’s genome conditional on other sampled haplotypes.
