Description
English: Falls remain the leading cause of death in construction and accounted for 370 of the 991 construction fatalities in 2016. To commemorate the “5-year mark” of the National Safety Stand-Down to Prevent Falls in Construction, NIOSH, OSHA, the U.S. Air Force, Brand/Safway, Clark Construction and several states shared how they have been involved, the impact they’ve seen and why others should join in to prevent construction falls.
