Description
Español: Carta de Bernardo de Irigoyen (1822-1906) a Ovidio Lagos (1825-1891) enviada desde Buenos Aires el 31 de octubre de 1884 por medio de la cual expresa su pesar por no haber podido recibirlo en su casa las veces que Lagos fuera a visitarlo. Comenta que las sesiones en el Congreso de las que participa le impiden llegar allí temprano. Estima que pronto podrá desligarse de varias tareas y devolverle la visita. La nota posee sello del Ministro del Interior.
