Summary

[edit]
Description
English: This is uploaded more for humor than any other reason. It shows that the U.S. Department of Energy essentially projects no increase in installed wind capacity beyond 2012 and a linear increase in installed solar capacity until 2016 and no further increase beyond that, at least until 2030. A more realistic projection is an exponential increase in both wind and solar through at least 2020 or 2030, i.e. when both will provide almost 90% of total U.S. energy.
