Ann Arbor City Council Caucus, 2020-07-19

Description
English: The City Council of Ann Arbor, Michigan meets on certain Mondays. The Sunday before the meeting, certain councilmembers have a meeting called the "Caucus", which is open to the public, to discuss things that will be on the next day's agenda. They talk amongst themselves and also invite public comment.

The regular city council meetings are recorded professionally, but the Caucus meetings are not. This is my recording of the audio of the call that constituted the meeting on Sunday, 2020-07-19.
