Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Live cell time-lapse imaging of stably expressed GFP-lamin A (green) and dsRed-53BP1TD (red) during DNA damage induction. DNA damage was induced with a 405 nm laser in U2OS cells pre-sensitized using Hoechst 44432. Z-stack images were collected using a laser scanning confocal microscope (Leica SP5) at one minute intervals and later formed into maximum intensity z-projections using ImageJ software. This video displays the RED (dsRed53BP1TD) channel alone.
