Description
English: FRAP experiment of CD4-mRFP in a single Sept7-GFP positive spine. CD4-mRFP fluorescence is bleached in the spine by a pulse of 488 nm laser light and thereafter imaged by spinning disk confocal microscopy. Images are taken at 50 ms intervals. Played in real time.
