Description
English: Supplementary Movie 2 The MIT complex localizes to the tip of filopodia. U2-OS cells expressing VN-RIAM, integrin αIIb-VCβ3 and mCherry-LifeAct were plated on fibrinogen for 2 h before imaging BiFC with time-lapse spinning disk confocal microscopy (SDCM) at 5 sec intervals. Scale bar: 10 μm.
