Description
English: Phylogenetic affiliation of ‘Ca. Azoamicus ciliaticola’ within the Gammaproteobacteria. 16S rRNA gene sequence-based maximum-likelihood phylogenetic tree of ‘Ca. A. ciliaticola’ and other members of the Gammaproteobacteria. ‘Ca. Azoamicus’ subgroup A and B are highlighted in red. Four sequences belonging to the Alphaproteobacteria served as outgroup. Bootstrap values >70% (out of 100 resamplings) are shown in front of the respective nodes, and the scale bar indicates nucleotide substitutions per site.
