Description
English: Amoebidium appalachense displays a methylome with gene body and transposon methylation. Distribution of DNA Methyltransferases (DNMTs) in eukaryotes and esp. in teretosporeans. Black dot indicates presence, and white dot indicates absence, black triangles species for which Enzymatic Methyl-seq has been performed.
