Description
English: Second shot of the mosaic signs above the tunnel leading to Van Sinderen Avenue as seen from beneath the East New York (LIRR station) along the LIRR Atlantic Branch in the East New York section of Brooklyn, New York City. This sign is in the style of Independent Subway System tiles found at subway stations rather than Long Island Rail Road stations. Occasionally the New York City Transit Authority has considered acquiring this line from the LIRR at various periods in the past..
NOTE: Don't ask me why or how the lighting and tint suddenly changed in this shot.
