重慶附近の街 （四川省）

楊子江もずつと溯れば、支那の山岳地帶を押し分けて流れる。三峽の險を越えてもまだほど遠い重慶沿岸には汽船も浮んではゐるが平地の街は峽く從つて崖から崖へ街は擴つてゐるのである。寫眞に示すところは、楊子江沿岸で江上に民船が浮び、その河ふちの崖には支柱を立てて家を建てたところである。これに依つて見ても、如何に地勢が峽く崖の街であるかを知ることが出來るであらう。｜（印畫の複製を禁ず）
