運河より六和塔を望ぬ （杭州）

寫眞は錢塘門附近の運河の光景である。江上民船筏の浮游賑はしく見へる、それよりも遠く聳える六和塔が景物である。この塔は吳越の時王か廢院跡のより大錢を得て端緒として大錢寺を建立したに始る。宋代は祭祀を廢してゐたが、開寶三年に智覺禪師が塔を建て住民の苦難を救つたのである。當時は九級五十余丈で佛舍利を藏し光明煥發してゐたと云ふ。宣和年間に燒け紹興二年僧智曇が七級に再建したがまた燒失し明の萬曆に重建し淸の雍正十三年に改修し乾隆帝はこの地に行幸して七層の扁額を下賜された由緒ある塔である。｜（印畫の複製を禁す）
