講座介紹：

此次分享仍依個人研究重心去聚焦在數位典藏之開放資源的運用，既在此用了「開放資源」一詞，就像是條件設定般確定不是涵蓋所有的國內數位典藏資料，畢竟「開放」仍屬於選項條件。但以目前協助國內GLAM（Gallery, Library, Achive & Musuem）相關數典收存取用的實務經驗來看，最近在業務場合與講授分享時最常提及的重點議題是「富裕難題 the problem of abundance」。說來諷刺，競逐「收存量能」的結果竟是「取用失能」，在DIKW的知識層構上，仍非已建立與形成關係的資訊（information）而是散落混雜的資料（data）。
