Description
Русский: Заместитель командира авиаэскадрильи 164-го гвардейского отдельного разведывательного авиационного полка будущий Герой Советского Союза гвардии старший лейтенант Серафим Вадимович Яцковский на фоне советского пикирующего бомбардировщика Пе-2.

Фрагмент из представления на орден Красного Знамени: «Во время Отечественной войны т.Яцковский летает на самолетах Су-2, Пе-2, Пе-3 бис. За этот период т.Яцковский не имеет ни одного случая летных происшествий, поломок и аварий…Выполняет боевые задания в трудных метеоусловиях при облачности высотой до 50-100 м, видимость до 1-2 км.»

Фрагмент из представления на звание Героя: «За три года и девять месяцев Отечественной войны на различных направлениях на пикирующем самолете Пе-2 произвел 230 боевых вылетов на разгром гитлеровских воск. Боевой налет составляет 378 часов…По самым скромным подсчетам на боевом счету тов. Яцковского за период Отечественной войны числится уничтоженных — 1 паровоз, 30 железно-дорожных вагонов с войсками и грузами, 40 автомашин, 6 танков, 2 склада горючего и до 350 гитлеровских солдат и офицеров…За весь период Отечественной войны гвардии капитан Яцковский не имеет случаев поломки или аварии дорогостоящей материальной части по его вине. «
