"March and Two Step" "As Played on the Steamer 'Island Queen'". A Cincinnati river rag, joining those by colleague Homer Denney whose rags also graced the same steamer plying its way up the Ohio River to Coney Island (Ohio's version, not the one in New York). The "Island Queen" transported folks from Cincinnati to the resort island which had an amusement park. It operated until 1947 when it caught on fire. Homer Denney was still the resident calliope player for the steamer but was fortunately not on board that day. Published by Joseph Krolage in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1911.
