"A Racy One Step". A lively one-step with excellent cover artwork showing off the latest in racy automobiles, 1915 style. The cover was drawn by the well-known artist Albert Wilfred Barbelle. Phil Schwartz (1889-1964) was a musician and composer from Chicago who wrote some good rag-related pieces, as well as other things. This one was published by A.J.
