Federation Architecture of Australia

The Federation architectural style developed in Australia in the late 19th century and early 20th century, receiving some of its impetus from Australia's becoming a Federation in 1901. Architecturally, the Federation period was, broadly speaking, the Australian equivalent of the Edwardian period. It extended from 1890 to 1915 and included twelve styles, all of which are represented below. (Apologies for the Sydney bias.)
