Photo editing - astrophotography

Hello, I checked the FAQs page and it explained photos shouldn't be over-proccessed/edited.

if I am doing astrophotography (star trails) I will have to edit and layer pictures to make it clearer. Would that be counted as over-proccessed then since I have to edit to make it clearer?
