Those photos are not taken from Borshijora Eco Park!

Hi there, Can you please check the link given below? In this category none of these photos are taken from the Borshijora Eco Park. So how these things define to select the selected categories? And another thing If somebody take a close shot of animals which is from his/her belcony and upload on any Catagory how you guys judge to make sure that photo are taken from selected places?
