Per suggestion from WMF Legal:
- Individual state laws may also have a direct impact on the definition of child pornography. It would be a good idea to reference a comprehensive listing of such laws and inform readers they should look to their local jurisdictions for further legal obligations. A comprehensive listing of such laws may be found at http://www.ndaa.org/pdf/Child%20Pornography%20Statutory%20Compilation%206-2010.pdf
- Under “Other regulations,” it turns out that record keeping requirements are rather complicated. Remove this section and simply summarize the issue with a reference to the EFF website. See http://www.eff.org/issues/bloggers/legal/adult
- Make clear to editors that, since Wikimedia is only a hosting site, the editors--not Wikimedia--are responsible for the content of their uploads and will be held liable for any unlawful actions.
