[edit]Discussion ongoing about changing the text. It would have to get translated. Setting up country dependent campaigns is not really viable.
Issue of too big font in mobile is being solved.
Privacy Policy campaign will stop soon.

Questionnaire
[edit]We can't discuss it, Platonides is not present. Romaine indicates that this is definitley not up to him.
Fiscal sponsor stuff
[edit]Karthik and Cristian will be having a meeting with Sandra to discuss a bit about the communication & execution of fiscal sponsorship.
Jury
[edit]Lodewijk has 4 confirmed names now, working on the last three - as summarized recently in his email.
Sponsor proposal
[edit]A last minute sponsor has come up, which would like to collaborate. The proposal is to set up a special prize for the five arab speaking countries jointly (only considering the top submissions from those countries) - details to be discussed and worked out. These countries are having a hard time to come up with their own prizes. (A) Lodewijk takes action.

Minigrants
[edit]The El Salvador team has requested 300 euro. Short discussion if we want to support financially a 3rd prize. Karthik, Romaine agree with the proposal. Lodewijk agrees, has some doubts with the camera part but can support it. Monica supports it. So it is decided. (A) Karthik communicate with Sandra to make things happen. (A) Monica to reply to them that their request is approved, and the conditions etc (receipts, report).
