 Question @Archaeodontosaurus: Given you have good knowledge of insect scientific classification, could you clarify your scope objection further?
A wasp is considered any insect of the order Hymenoptera and sub-order Apocrita, that is not a bee or an ant. Per Wikipedia, there are over a hundred thousand described wasp species and many more undescribed.
I am not sure if Ezarate knows the wasp species in this image, nor which included group it is within, so the scientific name would have to be at a higher order. Would the following scope form work?
scope=[[:Category:Wasp|"Apocrita"]] (Wasp), close-up of stinger

 Comment The shape, color, hairiness of the end of the abdomen varies according to the species of wasp. It is not possible to grant a VI label in this case. The scope is the basis of our work. Otherwise we have the possibility to challenge this image for each species...--Archaeodontosaurus (talk) 04:58, 25 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
