Default language(s)
Is it possible to pre-select a set of languages that will always be shown in the Wizard? Atm I only get one field for description in the language I selected in my settings (German), but for nearly every file I upload I need a description in German, Italian and English. It feels a bit silly selecting the same languages over and over again!--XanonymusX (talk) 00:07, 7 September 2017 (UTC)
- @XanonymusX: There's no built-in feature for this, but I wrote a little user script to do this for Romaine some time ago. You can copy the code from here: Commons:Upload_Wizard_feedback/Archive/2016/12#Multilingual_.26_description_fields to your user JS subpage (Special:Mypage/common.js). Customize the list of language codes at the beginning to your liking. Matma Rex (talk) 11:52, 7 September 2017 (UTC)
