Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: All four accounts are uploading advertisements with a similar style and content (though each one is advertising a different website). Although w:en:Wikipedia:The duck test may apply, I suspect that there may be other accounts that I have not identified that could be found by checkuser instead. I've added a fifth account, JamesRobert01. This user has uploaded a couple of files that have similar content, descriptions, and categorization as the uploads of the first four.
