Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: The master has previously been confirmed to have abused several accounts on Commons (see: Category:Sockpuppets of THE SEYYED for a list). These sock have a history of re-uploading the same sorts of files that the master uploaded. One such file that was initially uploaded by the master (File:IKCO Arisun 2.jpg) has subsequently been re-uploaded by the first sock under a different name (File:وانت آریسان ۲.jpg). The first sock, also appears to have also re-uploaded an image that was first uploaded by the second sock, using the exact same filename (File:سمند سورن پلاس.jpg). The first sock appears to have made its first login to Commmons on 18 June, while the sockmaster and the most recently blocked socks tagged as such (Daraghe and Mehdi Mehrpoor 2006) were blocked on around 8 June, so the timing lines up for this to be a new attempt at socking after realizing that their accounts had been blocked.

I am requesting checkuser to evaluate the extent of technical connection between these editors. Alas, it may be the case that the second sock listed above is stale, but I am including the account here for completeness sake. — Red-tailed hawk _(nest) 05:09, 28 June 2023 (UTC)

As noted Farzam.akbarian86 is Stale, so is THE SEYYED. Hmhgroup is Confirmed to be the same as Daraghe, which is included at Category:Sockpuppets of THE SEYYED. .     Jim . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 14:05, 29 June 2023 (UTC)
