Reason: Area 1108 is confirmed by enwiki checkuser as a sock of Shiwam Kumar Sriwastaw. Area 1108 and Millionairs's edit similarly at commons and both repeatedly upload files with copyright issues (like the non-trivial logos). The accounts also leave messages to each other: 1, 2 with the same style of English writing.

The logo of Colors TV was repeatedly uploaded to Commons by previous socks, and based on simplewiki page COLORS TV history, the file has been repeatedly inserted by the socks:

Reason: These are duck socks, uploading the same copyvios and doing the same incompetent editing. We block one and two more appear. Can we strike at the heart of the hydra with a range block? Guanaco (talk) 20:20, 16 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The first account replaced Guanaco's user page with a sock tag of Shiwam Kumar Sriwastaw: 1. The other two accounts might be related as And TV -channel's user page was replaced into a sock tag of Shiwam by Flickr (2044), although And TV -channel is currently not blocked: 2.
