Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: this user has several accounts sometimes with the same names and act on the same files. some of his contributions are biased maps and flags without any historical sources or encyclopedic value made only to propagate false information in historical articles. I did a little research and I found that he is blocked on different language versions of wiki (en, ary, fr, ) because he is in Sockpuppet.(Iznassen49 - Znassi49 - Beni-Iznasen - Nhari49 - IZN1TEN - 01Beni-Snassen).--Aelita14 (talk) 08:16, 30 August 2023 (UTC)
