Rationale

• Reason: Both users created on October 3 but became active on October 8, used for image vandalism at File:Jennifer Lawrence by Gage Skidmore.jpg (uploaded private images from hacked Apple cloud storage). The current account was createn on October 10, did it appear in your check on 21st but was inconclusive?
