Rationale

  • Reason: I have noticed him while checking CoA with overcategorizings. Then the user suddenly appeared with a new nick, he ennobled himself (adding de to his name), producing plenty of coats of arms and sites for himself, his family and friends fromhis home town. He kept making the same mistakes over the categorization at almost every file I checked. He made the same mistakes in compiling SVG files of various prepared elements thus blowing up files to enormous size. For none of his family coat of arms, there are sources or links available. Meanwhile, he has entered his private arms in dubious, commercial coat of arms registers using these as sources. For me this is a case of abuse and self-promotion which he continues in various social networks. For a number of coats of arms that are out-of-scope, I have already prepared deletion requests. I have also noticed this case. The relation between user:rolandodeynigo and MaverickSalta, is proven by this edit on commons and this one on his es:wiki user page. The relation between user:rolandodeynigo and Retaux is strongly suggested by the fact that the first edits of Retaux on commons were to ask two different users to draw the arms rolandodeynigo has used till a few weeks ago. I think this user has also created two other socks :
to avoid the deletion of two files he uploaded after a DR has been made. I explain : On 12:48, 19 April 2014‎, file File:Great Coat of Arms of Noelia Yñigo-Genio.svg is nominated for deletion. On 12:52, 19 April 2014‎, user rolandodeynigo removes the DR tag and on 12:55, 19 April 2014‎ he adds the "user image" template. But user Noeliaynigo is only created at 13:02, 19 April 2014. Same thing with File:Great Coat of Arms of Elías Yñigo-Genio.svg : DR at 12:48, 19 April 2014‎, removal of the DR tag at 12:52, 19 April 2014‎ by Rolandodeynigo and addition by the same user of the "user image" template at 12:56, 19 April 2014‎. But user Eliasgenio is only created at 13:12, 19 April 2014. Kathisma (talk) 20:33, 24 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
