Rationale

en:Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Case/Pabopa The users have uploaded dubious images as claiming them taken by him (one is deleted for copyviolation). However, the images deals with the same subject. Oparuparu is Pabopa at English Wikpedia and has been blocked for massive sockpupetry and disruptive anti-Korean bashing. Now, Puhaha is doing the same thing as Oparuparu. Oaruparu added a copyviolated image to en:Samjeondo Monument[1] and Puhaha also did the same thing.[2] The also show the same mistake on the category as "korea", not "Korea. Oparuparu (en:User:Pabopa) uses Japanese ODN ISP, so that info would be easier to look into his account. Thanks. Caspian blue (talk) 17:05, 9 August 2008 (UTC)
- Pretty much a case of the duck test here. I've blocked Puhaha indef as a sock, and Oparuparu for a week as a copyvio uploader + sockpuppeter. If he does either after the block expires, it's indef time. —Giggy 09:25, 10 August 2008 (UTC)

Comment - not a case of "nothing happening". I felt this might be one for Larry given the cross wiki nature abd I think it is being looked at by another CU. I agree with Giggy's block. --Herby talk thyme 10:53, 10 August 2008 (UTC)
