Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: These accounts were confirmed as sockpuppets of Nagendra NJ on enwiki (SPI). These all quack loudly and have uploaded several copyright violations, minus the sleepers (confirmed on enwiki). Could a CU check for other sleepers and block the underlying IP/IP range if and as needed. ~riley (talk) 23:42, 12 May 2016 (UTC)
