Rationale, discussion and results

Obvious from username and behavior, also confirmed on Arabic Wikipedia.

User:-akko gave Maudslayer a final warning on copyright on 13 October 2020 due to multiple copyright violations.

Maudslay II was just given a "final warning" for copyright violations for uploading obvious copyright violations (that are also hoaxes, see Commons:Deletion requests/File:Deir Yassin massacre 4.png and Commons:Deletion requests/File:Deir Yassin massacre 6.jpg presenting events in Korea and Nazi Germany as if they were in Israel) on 26 April 2021 by User:Taivo.

As this is the same person, they have now received two "final warnings". This is evasion of scrutiny via use of multiple accounts, as Maudslay II would have been blocked now if they weren't perceived to be a new account without prior warnings.--Geshem Bracha (talk) 12:50, 27 April 2021 (UTC)
