Rationale

• Reason: User began uploading non-free images one hour after blocking Bulka UA (now these images are deleted). I compared the block log of Bulka UA in ukwiki and contributions of Maruša Trušova in ukwiki. Second user was active only in that period when Bulka UA was blocked. So I think that it is block evasion.Anatoliy (talk) 20:14, 22 August 2011 (UTC)

User also made edits in Ukrainian Wikipedia from IP addresses 94.153.97.150, 94.153.173.161, 178.137.200.137, 178.137.205.217 with signature 'Bulka UA'. Last two addresses blocked there for harassment and block evasion.--Anatoliy (talk) 21:43, 23 August 2011 (UTC)
