Rationale, discussion and results

• I'm not familiar with the case against Ludovic5443, but I noticed that Mp3song was blocked as a sockpuppet of that account, so I'm putting that as the master for all of these, since they're all obviously related.
• Mp3song was used to add spam links to hqtext.com in Special:Diff/362200819 and to closeupcheck.com in Special:Diff/362129345, Special:Diff/362185805 and Special:Diff/362733104.
• Sarahzia12 was used to add spam links to hqtext.com in Special:Diff/362250637.
• Sabir Shek was used to add spam links to hqtext.com in Special:Diff/362632019.
• All the other accounts were used to add spam links to closeupcheck.com in the diffs indicated above. They're listed in chronological order of account creation.
• I'm expecting the master and Maiki90 to be stale, but the connection is pretty obvious.

Likely/ Confirmed that Hji56 = Lemo78 = MdMi32 = Abrsh05 = Spd67 = Zejan = Lizawilliam = Jablu12 = Zarji89 = Webr44 = Wati78 = Huwa42 = Wbr14, but these are not the Ludovic5443 spammer

Likely that Sarahzia12 and Sabir Shek are the Ludovic5443 spammer
