Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: Suspect the above accounts (and possibly many more as the oldest account I saw was Shinghkagmwangois whose account was created back in November 2013.) belong to the same person. Their uploads have similar naming conventions, the user also tend to over categorise their files, and the accounts rarely have any overlapping contribution timings.. Recently Hoia Saerda Mea 28 & Sungmei Laiun Mingsri started covering topics of Taiwan and seems to be at the place, Zhongzheng District.
