Rationale

• Reason: Both are recently-created accounts that have contributed similar out of scope images (File:Dariani Belle 1.JPG and File:PIC Ariana.JPG for instance, and images for use on out of scope articles en:The Loud: Around the Time and es:The Loud: Around the Time. • Just added User:Dari Feitosa, although they do not have any contributions here, they are related according to en:Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Dari Feitosa (which BTW also links User:Natalia Cannes, so this case now seems pretty obvious). Prof. Professorson (talk) 23:46, 9 July 2012 (UTC)
• Apparently, the list goes on (see pt:Categoria:!Fantoches de Dari Feitosa); I've added User:Victorious Wiki, found in that category, because it had similar uploads here too. I think all of these accounts (also those listed in the pt.wp category) should be indefinitely blocked and have their uploads deleted. Prof. Professorson (talk) 21:41, 10 July 2012 (UTC)
• Okay, so I've added to the list all the users listed at pt:Categoria:!Fantoches de Dari Feitosa that also exist on Commons and are not permanently blocked already; I haven't added the IPs listed there. Some of them have uploaded a few files (again, same pattern), most of them haven't; still, they probably should be blocked. Prof. Professorson (talk) 22:00, 10 July 2012 (UTC)

Results

• Agreed and mostly  Done. I've blocked all the listed accounts (and they probably should be locked on Meta I imagine). However, if you are in touch with pt CUs, then you might ask them to be alert. Without deeper knowledge I cannot be sure but there might be some sleeper accounts who have not edited yet. In the end I didn't have time to look deeper and only ran a fairly limited CU.   • Thanks for taking care of it. I'm not in touch with pt.wp CUs, I just happened to find the link above at en:Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The Loud: Around the Time. BTW, some of the listed accounts still have undeleted uploads (Victorious Wiki (talk · contribs) and Stardoll24586 (talk · contribs) for instance). Prof. Professorson (talk) 07:46, 11 July 2012 (UTC)
