Rationale

• Reason: It's blatantly obvious that all the users are in fact the same, but I want to double check with the IP. Long story short, I blocked a user at w:en: and he has since been inundating my inbox with crapfloodings. I want to be sure that these accounts were registered from this IP that was used at w:en to register accounts and w:zh to vandalize my userpage.—Ryūlóng (竜龍) 06:21, 21 June 2007 (UTC)
