Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: Eygenart have been filing DRs disruptively when they are not yet blocked, commonly because it is ruining the image of their museum. See Commons:Deletion requests/File:Ukranenland 29.JPG for example. Mors certa filed another DR for the Ukranenland files, for a similar reason as Eygenart's. A checkuser is needed to be sure (and Yann said to me to do request a checkuser). Thanks, ★ Poké⁹⁵ 12:34, 18 November 2016 (UTC)

• Inconclusive from a technical point of view, however comments made by the two accounts --"Als ehrenamtliche Mitarbeitern und in Absprache mit dem Team habe ich [...]" [1] and "I'm a member of the museum in Germany" [2] -- suggest there is coordination (i.e., meatpuppetry) here.
