Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: Both accounts are adding files and information on "Marcellus Long", a singer no one else seems to be adding anything on, to here and Wikidata. After one of HEarly's images (File:Marcellus-Long-LA-Lakers2.jpg) was deleted for being a copyright violation, DB57 uploaded a screenshot from the same video File:Marcellus-Long-STAPLES-Live.jpg. HEarly is also adding the files that DB57 uploads to the subject's wikidata entry. I only stumbled upon this because one of their files last night was tagged with Flickr no source by the bot.
