Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: 1) The sockmaster (D4rkeRR9) was indefed on en.wp and the first two (NSR97 and Mhd240) have been confirmed there[1][2] as their block evading socks. 2) While محمد٢ (the account is new, the editor is obviously not) hasn't edited en.wp, their global contributions, especially on fr.wp (the sockmaster has a thing for the so-called "Sharifian empire" and the "list of wars involving Morocco"), are too similar to the sockmaster's to dismiss as pure coincidence. • Declined: 1) D4rkeRR9 would be Stale, and x-wiki CU findings are valid for unified accounts, so no check would be needed for NSR97 and Mhd240; and 2) per COM:RFCU: "Evidence is required. When you request a check, you must include a rationale that demonstrates (e.g., by including diffs) what the disruption to the project is." (underline in original). No evidence has been offered of disruption to the Commons. If محمد٢ is editing the Commons disruptively, evidence of that disruption, and that it is a continuation of disputation of other accounts, is needed. Эlcobbola _talk 16:33, 4 May 2021 (UTC)
