Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: These accounts keep spamming the same set of raw IPv4 links that redirect users to a gambling spam site. See IP 1 and IP 2. Requesting a check to see if there's something blockable at the IP level to make this stop. XXBlackburnXx (talk) 20:52, 17 October 2024 (UTC)
