Rationale, discussion and results

A number of sockpuppets of this user have already been identified and blocked; see Category:Sockpuppets of Amir'khan12, and I suspect that Sammy.joseph is yet another sock in the drawer. Like the main account and confirmed sockpuppets, User:Sammy.joseph is clearly here for the sole purpose of uploading copyright violations relating to Pakistani celebrities including Maya Ali (compare the uploads made using Sammy.joseph with those of Amir'khan12 and Kehtehainyehdeewani) and Mikaal Zulfiqar (cf. Dheeredheere). Just as the "Dilkesabdaage" account was used to transfer recent Flickr uploads from the user's own Flickrwashing account https://www.flickr.com/photos/143355431@N05/ (see Commons:Deletion requests/File:Sanam Chaudhry Profile.jpg), Sammy.joseph has been used to upload recent Flickr uploads from the freshly created Flickrwashing account https://www.flickr.com/photos/142338634@N03.

Additionally, User:Ankhonkepanope is listed at en:Category:Wikipedia sockpuppets of Amir'khan12, but is not yet blocked here. —LX (talk, contribs) 12:35, 28 June 2016 (UTC)

From CU point of view, the data for Sammy.joseph appears Inconclusive to me.
