• Declined - Sockpuppetry is the abusive use of multiple accounts. As of this RfCU, Alianypeñagarcia has only two uploads, which are nominated as SCOPE issues. Although they are actually copyvios, Alianypeñagarcia has not been told that (i.e., Davidramirezdelarosa, if related, cannot have been created to evade/disregard a warning that was never issued). Further, the two Alianypeñagarcia uploads have not even been deleted (i.e., Davidramirezdelarosa, if related, cannot have been created, for example, to restore deleted content.) Per COM:RFCU, "Checkuser is a last resort for difficult cases. Use other methods first." One notes, for example, Davidramirezdelarosa has uploaded no files, copyvio or otherwise, since the first copyvio notice.
