Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: To tell the truth I didn't want to do this, but Валко made me. He takes part in multiple discussion using his puppets which is not ok at all. Most accounts are already proved to be Valko's on RuWiki (see this or this Devlet Geray (talk) 19:09, 12 January 2021 (UTC)

@Devlet Geray: please review the instructions at COM:RFCU, specifically "Evidence is required. When you request a check, you must include a rationale that demonstrates (e.g., by including diffs) what the disruption to the project is, and why you believe the accounts are related" (underline in original) and "Include the diffs or links required to support the request and reason for it." This is not ru.wiki; what is the disruption to the Commons? What are the "multiple discussion using his puppets"? Where are the links? It is not the job of CUs to build cases for you. Please reread my comments and COM:RFCU critically. RfCU "is the place to request investigations of abuse of multiple accounts," which is not the same as mere use. Indeed, per the checkuser policy, "alternative accounts are not forbidden, so long as they are not used in violation of the policies." If you're not willing or able to demonstrate disruption to the Commons (e.g., double-voting, bypassing sanctions, avoiding scrutiny, etc.), which a mere user comparison list does not do, the request will be declined.
