I would like to have a bot flag so I don't flood RC (obviously) when adding different templates (like I did with {{Personality rights}}), uploading a lot of files (I plan to mass move files from he), subst'ing templates (such as custom license templates users create) and adding interwikis (if\when interwiki.py is modified to support commons). Comment Of course the moving of images won't be done without my review and if there is such an option I will request permission for it here or on COM:VP (of course the request won't be for a bot flag as the bot's should be reviewed but rather a request for approval of the community).
