Hi, I am PxMa and I am submitting myself for adminship. I have been on commons for a few weeks actively and I see times when the sysop abilities would be helpful. I have over 1,000 edits on commons. I am a trusted user on commons and I am a (temporary) administrator for the Arabic Wikinews. I also help with images on the English Wikipedia and I move free images from wikimedia wikis whenever I have the time. I think I would be able to help with image backlog (like deleting images with no copyright status, etc) whenever needed. I also watch the recently upload images to commons and I see a lot of times when non free images are added and copyright violations are added. I think it would be useful if I was able to delete them instead of tagging and having them stay on commons. Thanks. Ρх₥α 22:15, 10 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

- Support - Good user on EnWP, I'm confident (s)he will do just fine here too. Giggy\Talk 02:10, 11 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Oppose Three weeks of edits on Commons are just too little for me to be able to see whether you should be an admin or not. So far your work seems ok, but please come by again at a later point. --ALE! ¿…? 08:44, 12 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment Many edits about marking no source images looks as made by bot run from this account. --EugeneZelenko 15:32, 12 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- It's not a bot, it's a javascript. Check my monobook :). Ρх₥α 21:08, 12 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Neutral — I think you're a great user, but COM:ADMIN says, "You have been an editor for at least 2 months" when it mentions the minimum requirements for administratorship. Since you don't appear to meet these standards, I feel uncomfortable supporting you. Sorry. --Boricuæddie 21:15, 13 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- So why do you vote neutral instead of oppose? --ALE! ¿…? 12:48, 14 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- 'cause I think he'd make a great administrator even though his time here has been short. I also don't wish to support because, as I said in my comment above, policy says that candidates should be active here for more than 2 months. Therefore, I am neutral. Anyway, opposing is moot, as this has been withdrawn. --Boricuæddie 21:41, 14 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

- Oppose I'm sorry to oppose, but I really think you need some more experience (especially in the user interaction part). Three weeks on Commons is imho not sufficient. You are a very good user, and if you come back here in one or two months, I'll be happy to support you. -- Bryan (talk to me) 08:05, 14 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

- Comment Please read Commons:Guide to adminship if you haven't already. -- Bryan (talk to me) 18:51, 11 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment I would really prefer not to pile this on. Can I suggest that you withdraw this RfA? You are obviously a good and trusted user but equally it seems that people feel it is rather early to request the rights. I am sure if you continue to work here and learn things will be different next time - thanks --Herby talk thyme 12:53, 14 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Okay, I will withdraw and come back at a later time :). Ρх₥α 21:13, 14 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
