Hello, I'm Kameraad Pjotr. I'm a trusted user on commons and a administrator on the Dutch Wikipedia. I have some experience with copyrights and images on the Dutch wikipedia ([1], NFD) (with roughly the same rules as on commons regarding images) and I think I could help here as an admin.
On commons, I'm cleaning up image descriptions (adding {{Information}}[2], solving license templates after transfers from other wikipedias), doing flickrreview ([3]) and transferring images from the Dutch wikipedia to commons (see also my contributions). Sometimes I nominate images for deletion, but mostly I simply add {{no source}} or {{copyvio}}.
According to the edit count I have +700 edits on commons and I've uploaded +300 pictures, most of them transfers from the Dutch wikipedia.
