    Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Foto. Da es riesig ist, wäre eine Skalierung auch kein Problem. Ich habe hier mal eine automatische Entrauschung ohne Skalierung gemacht.     Liegt am Pixelshiftmodus mit dem die Fotos aufgenommen sind. Habe das jetzt mal mit den normal aufgenommenen vom gleichen Standort verglich, das Pixelshift gleicht die höhere ISO tatsächlich nicht aus. I've seen this effect many times in the past, usually with power lines or stair railings or the like against bright house walls or sky. I suspect that this is some interaction between sharpening algorithms and demosaicing on Bayer sensors, thus happening at the raw development level.
